The study “Biofiltration’s effect on removing pollutants in stormwater” was recently published in the Australian Water Association Water e-Journal.  The paper was written by Ocean Protect’s Brad Dalrymple, Michael Wicks, Blake Allingham and Warren Jones. It describes the performance monitoring of a Filterra biofiltration system in Western Sydney, NSW.  The study also provides a comparison of available ‘field scale’ performance studies of biofiltration systems – including five (5) Filterra biofiltration systems and eleven (11) ‘conventional’ biofiltration systems.
