Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ocean Protect. You can obtain a refund or exchange for change of mind within 30 days from date of purchase. 

All items have to be in original condition. All freight costs must be covered by you. For items that are faulty or damaged in transit, please email our friendly customer service team at enquiries@oceanprotect.com.au with a photo of your damaged or faulty item, and we will be in touch.

Nothing in our return & refund policy is to be interpreted as excluding, modifying or restricting the application of any non-excludable State or Federal legislation applicable to the sale of goods.  This includes a failure of the statutory consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale for further details.

Currently, we deliver to QLD and NSW only.

We also offer local pick up from our factories in both states.

At Ocean Protect, we are committed to sustainability, which is why all purchases are posted in a 100% fully recyclable mailing bag, made from 100% recycled newspaper and recycled paper fibre interior to protect your items.
